get another set of Z wheels for winter (you can run 4 NA wheels, narrow is good for snow). Pick them up cheap, install a set of Blizzak WS-60's (225/50-R16's all around) and your winter needs are taken care of.
As for summer on the stockers, you won't have many options in the 16" sizes, but I'd look at the Fuzion ZRi's. $ 406.00 fr a set in stock size.
Whatever you do, don't cheap out on all-seasons... they will not work in winter on a Z.
